The project
Neurodivergent individuals have the potential to make valuable contributions to the field of energy research. However, evidence suggests that they are often marginalised in the workforce, hindering the full utilisation of their skills and talents.
This research aims to investigate the barriers that prevent neurodivergent individuals from realising their full potential in energy research. For more information, please see the participant information sheet.
