Energising Equity: Co-developing a Framework for the inclusion of neurodivergent energy researchers.

This research project aims at understanding the experiences of neurodivergent researchers in the energy sector (Higher Education & industry). To understand possible the challenges neurodivergent energy researchers face in their career progression and how to overcome them

The project

Neurodivergent individuals have the potential to make valuable contributions to the field of energy research. However, evidence suggests that they are often marginalised in the workforce, hindering the full utilisation of their skills and talents.

This research aims to investigate the barriers that prevent neurodivergent individuals from realising their full potential in energy research. For more information, please see the participant information sheet.

The study has been ethically approved by the Ethics committee of the University of the West of England.
